Privacy Policy

Account details: the email address you sign in with and, if you give one, a display name.

Studio content: the Brand DNA profiles you build, the briefs you write, the narratives and campaigns the studio generates for you, and the takes you refine.

Billing records: the plan you are on, credit balances and a record of each purchase. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Basic technical data needed to keep the service running and secure, such as request logs and error reports.

To run the studio: store your work, meter credits, and generate output from your briefs.

To support you: answer questions and investigate problems you report.

To bill you correctly and keep a purchase history you can review at any time.

To keep the platform safe from abuse.

Your briefs and Brand DNA are sent to our AI provider to produce your narratives. They are processed to generate your output and are not used by us to train public models.

Everything you generate stays in your account. You can delete a generation at any time from the library.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that make the service work — hosting, database, payment processing and AI generation — and only to the extent needed.

Campaign share links are public by design while they are live. You choose when to create one, when it expires and when to revoke it.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Write to hello@pesavie.com and we will act within 30 days.

Closing your account removes your profiles, generations and share links.

We keep your content while your account is open, and billing records for as long as accounting rules require.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is restricted by per-account rules enforced in the database itself.
