Terms of Service

By creating a Pesavie account you accept these terms. If you are using Pesavie for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the studio.

Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

One account is for one person. Team seats on the higher plans are the way to bring collaborators in.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. A generation pass costs credits, and every additional output language is billed as a full pass.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits you buy separately stay on your balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Yearly plans are billed once for the year and include two months free compared with paying monthly.

If something goes wrong on our side, write to hello@pesavie.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.

Credits already spent on generations cannot be refunded.

Your briefs and Brand DNA stay yours. The narratives, campaigns and takes the studio produces for you are yours to use commercially.

You grant us only the permission needed to store your content and generate output for you.

AI output can be wrong or resemble other text. Review everything before you publish it, and make sure it complies with the rules of the platforms you post it on.

Do not use Pesavie to produce illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit material, to impersonate someone, or to infringe another party's rights.

Do not attempt to resell raw access to the generation engine, scrape the service, or bypass credit metering.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The studio is provided as-is. We work to keep it available but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the studio.
